In the case of a defective product, please contact MaxForce PC as soon as possible so that the problem in question can be resolved. All hardware repairs and replacements are covered for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of the hardware manufacturer’s own warranty*. Ground shipping for warranty work will be covered by MaxForce PC for the first year of ownership and by customer thereafter. Customer also has the option to install the hardware yourself, in which case we will send the new parts directly to Customer's residence. However, any damage incurred by self-repair may void system’s warranty.

Provided that the system is undamaged by the end user, MaxForce PC offers a two week (14 day) return policy. That is, should you be unsatisfied with your system for any reason, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your computer and we will be glad to give you a full refund on your purchase. MaxForce PC is proud to provide a thirty (30) day exchange policy to all customers. Within thirty days of receiving your system, you, the customer, has the option of exchanging your computer system for another of your choice. You will be billed the difference of the two systems.
