As others have stated, what I liked about Max is that you can pick whatever parts you want. He will let you know if something doesn't play well. The price for all the components is also very competitive. And his warranty was better than others. 3 years minimum. If a part had a longer warranty then he would go with that. This was all included in the price.
The only thing that will come pre-installed with the PC is avast anti-virus and firefox. You won't find any bloatware here. And the PC will come with a binder that has all the warranty info and product information etc., It did take Max approximately 3-4 weeks from the time I was billed to the time it shipped. This is fine by me because he meticulously tested everything to make sure it works. I would rather someone take the time to find all/most of the kinks prior to the customer receiving it. That way you're not at the mercies of UPS/FedEx in case you have to ship it back & forth to say the least.
The inside of the PC looked like it was assembled by a pro. I loved how neatly the cables were tucked away. Prior to this I had actually built my own pc with help from a friend and man it was an absolute mess. It was nice to see a 'clean' pc on the inside.
It has been about 9 months since I got the PC and I did run into an issue of some games crashing/freezing. At first I tried to diagnose the problem myself via google/forums but I could never completely solve it. I spoke to max and he suggested lowering the overclock to 3.6. Lo & Behold everything is stable now. He did suggest I update my motherboard drivers and can work with him to get it back to 3.8. But I made a personal decision that I'm happy with the PC's performance at 3.6. I don't want to further mess with it only to eek out a little bit more performance (which would mostly be for e-peen purposes anyway).
I have been playing the following games at max settings. I even tweaked the INI files to eek out even more eye candy for no FPS loss: (borderlands, crysis, fallout 3, dragon age)
I would highly recommend MaxForcePC to anyone.

I read somewhere that new ATI 4850 cards would deliver > 5000 on 3dMark Vantage for less than $175. Well, this build booted to Windows in 60s, benchmarked = P7089 on 3DMark Vantage, and never broke 70c on any of the 4 cores using Prime95 on day 1! The Sapphire 4850 temp peaked at 82C during the 3DVantage run. This desktop was delivered in 4 weeks with no 'ad-ware' and all for a buget price. I am happy to post 100 percent satisfaction with Maxforce PC. Max promptly answers all questions and provides you great overclock tech if you request it. Best of all, you won't find a lower price and a longer warranty anywhere.
If you enjoy specifying your own custom high-end build using quality parts and Max's expert advice and assembly, then I recommend Maxforce PC to you. You don't have to take a chance if you are looking for a custom high-end build. Buy from Max and tell your friends!

I was very pleased with the overall experience with Max Force PC. I have had the computer for a little over a week now and everything is functioning properly. My wife and I will use Max Force PC again for our next PC purchase.

I was looking to purchase a new gaming PC and learned about MaxForce from the Tom's Hardware website. Max was able to work with me to refine several configurations until I found a setup that would work within my budget ($2000) but still have the specs that I wanted - Quad core, 8Gb memory plus a graphics card that could handle playing games on my 24" monitor in full 1900x1200 resolution. Max was knowledgeable about the different brands of components and offered pros and cons about price vs performance.
Here is the Final System Configuration I received:
Cooler Master RC-690-KKN1-GP
Corsair HX 620W Modular, SLI/Crossfire Capable
Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9450 3.4GHz
Tuniq Tower 120
Asus Maximus II Formula
OCZ Reaper DDR2-1066 8GB (4 x 2GB ) CL5
Western Digital WD6400AAKS 640GB SATA2 7200rpm 16MB
Samsung SH-S223F 22X Dual Layer DVD+/-RW SATA Drive
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD4870 512MB
Microsoft Vista Home Premium 64-bit (64-bit OS Required for 4GB and more RAM)
Final Price: $2,072.30 (w/tax - I live in MI)
I've had the system a little over a month now and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. The PC was well constructed inside the case - all of the wire were tied down and neatly organized. My CPU was overclocked quite a bit and its been stable like a rock and has had no heat issues.
The performance for the PC has been great! All of the games I have been playing haven't come close to maxing out the PC. Firefox opens as soon as you finish clicking on the icon. Applications are unzipped and installed in a flash! Even Vista doesn't lag on this PC.
The software that was pre-installed on the PC was up to date with all patches applied and all of my special instructions for the build were followed to the letter. Including a USB thumbdrive containing all of the up-to-date drivers for the installed hardware in case of HD failure is a nice touch over the usual recovery DVD.
I am very happy with my new PC and I would definitely purchase a future PC from MaxForce.

in summary, i've had the system for a couple weeks, i've left it on the whole time, rock solid, i added a 2nd GTX275 in SLI and a 1TB 2nd drive, Max per my request was good enough to leave the SATA and power leads for both available and waiting, again, this is the custom small items that make working with Max well worth it, name anywhere you can get that level of build request, just doesn't exist, or if it does, it costs 3 times what this system did.
Approximately three weeks after I had placed the order the computer arrived on my doorstep. The computer was well packaged to prevent any possible shipping damage. Packaged with the computer was a box of all of the hardware manuals and CDs along with registration cards. Also Max had including a 3 ring binder with a Flash Drive for the system drivers (in case of backup), a page with the hardware parts listing and their serial numbers, a page of warranty info, a page of reinstalling system drivers, and a page with the overclock settings. This binder really helped me know and understand the system I had purchased.
I have installed FSX and FSX add-ons and have been very impressed with the game's performance on this system. While I still can't run the game on every setting at the highest level (I don't think any computer can do that), the game runs very well and I have experienced a dramatic difference in game enjoyment with this new computer compared to my old system. I am eager to try out Crysis and other first person shooters.
